Elez The Farm is located in the municipality of El Bonillo in Albacete. This is a farm that limits production and thereby obtain some high quality wines.
The winery is situated at 1080 meters altitude in the heart of the Sierra de Alcaraz, where dominating the mountain breeze and the temperature differences in the day and evening make their best grapes in it. This is an area where we have studied carefully the special characteristics of the soils, Franks, clay, sand, other materials such as limestone, hard, loam and clay ochres.
The microclimate and the particular behavior of the strains to altitude are planted here favor this custom profile. This is a family run winery dedicated completely to produce wines of quality and its owner, Manuel Manzaneque, has succeeded for the first time in Spain's first exclusive designation of origin for wine production farm, Appellation of Origin Finca Elez.
